LA Rockets

LA Rockets is a diversified basketball program based on the Westside of Los Angeles that specializes in teaching and promoting the game at the youth and high school levels. Headed by former UCLA and Phoenix Suns great Rod Foster, LA Rockets has focused on improving the fundamental skills of boys and girls ages 5-17 through a year-round academy, clinics, camps, individual instruction and leagues since 2002. The primary focus is on fundamentals and advanced skills. In addition to one on one and group workouts, LA Rockets fields several club and travel teams starting with 8 and under, 10, 12 and all the way up to a 17 and under High School team.

In addition, Rod has worked with college and NBA players on skills during the off season, including Emeka Okafor - New Orleans Hornets, Kyle Korver - Utah Jazz, Gabe Pruitt, former USC and Boston Celtics player, Alfred Aboya, former UCLA power forward and now playing for Olympique Antibes in the French professional league.
